Hurghada is a resort town on the west bank of the Red sea. This quite modern town is a useful hub for ferry and air connections to the rest of the region. The beautiful landscape, the great transparent waters and the diving sites, made of Hurghada a quite important tourist destination on Egypt.
REASONS TO GO

Tour the surrounding beautiful Eastern Desert
The luxury resorts
Hurghada extends for approximately 36 kilometres (22 mi) along the coastline, never reaching far into the nearby desert. Until 70’s it was only a small fishing village.
Nowadays Hurghada is divided into three parts: Downtown (El Dahar) is the old part; Sekalla is the city centre, and El Memsha (Village road) is the modern part.
BEST TIME TO GO
Hurghada is a warm destination all through the year. However, the best time to visit is between April and July and between September and November. The summer is way too hot and in winter it can get a bit chilly.
HOW TO GET THERE
The Hurghada airport is located 8 km from Hurghada. The airport is served by regular and low cost airlines for domestic, international flights.
It’s very easy to take a taxi in Hurghada and probably the best way to move around. Always try to agree on the price before jumping into the car.
